From the Kitchen of Dennis Mong

Category: Pasta & Rice
Servings: 2 or more
Preparation Time: 10 minutes with cooked rice

Recipe Ingredients
This is the easy, tasty, fast way to fried rice. It is great if you have left over meats from a roast such as beef, chicken, pork etc.

----- Ingredients -----
1/2 cup of diced cooked meats (more if desired)
1/2 cup of diced spanish or cooking onions
1/2 cup of diced celery
1 egg
2 plateful of cooked steamed rice or left
over rice
1 green onion diced for garnish
Salt to taste
couple of pinches of salt
Real soya sauce
3-4 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Recipe Directions
Have wok ready and when hot put in oil, then the egg, scramble the egg then put in meats, onions, celery, and stir for 1 minute then add rice mix well then add seasoning - put in the soya sauce at the end for the colour of your fried rice. Serve hot with other dishes or eat by itself - top and garnish with green onion tops.
